I think that you have heard about tragic even that took place in Turkish capital city Ankara. I want to express my huge sorry for every one of the 37 victims of such coward and relentless attack. Nobody really knows who orchestrated this terrorist attack but most people suspect Kurdish working party but their statement doesn’t confirmed it. However this brought kind of doom upon Facebook in Turkey. In order to prevent panic and also to block information channel Turkey made very rare move. No Facebook in Turkey for some time. Also Twitter have been temporarily banned in Turkey. It is really unusual step that have been made by Turkey officials. Also Turkish president made an announcement that he will bring all terrorist to the justice. But I would like to know what it means for Facebook. Will Facebook be forbidden for longer period of time or will Facebook be cut from some parts that could bring panic to Turkish hearths? On the one hand I must say I feel sorry for every Turk but there is their safety in stake.
So I took it as a good thing but the reason avoid panic is really idiotic. You can protect people but not like this. You won’t protect people from drowning by removing all water from your country.
